About the jazzercise formats at Grace:
Jazzercise and Jazzercise Lite incorporate many styles of movement into the choreography: jazz, ballet, yoga, Pilates, kickboxing, etc. We start each class with a warm-up, move into the cardio/aerobic section, then to strength training and stretching & toning, and finishing with cool-down that might include some strength training and/or some more stretching. All of this while moving to current music!
Personal Touch is a strength training session. With one to seven people, the instructor will lead you through a combination of strengthening routines – designed to focus on one or more parts of the body. There is no dancing in Personal Touch but the techniques learned here will help enhance and improve your jazzercise class workout.

*jazzercise Lite is a low impact version of regular jazzercise. Low impact high intensity will give you as good of a workout as high impact high intensity – without the hopping and jumping.
