People who are aging may experience many losses: retirement form work; changes in vision, hearing and mobility; death of a spouse, friend or family member. Many hesitate to ask for help, or acknowledge that these losses are interfering with their ability to get out and around. Drive a Senior offers free transportation and other services to isolated seniors age 60 and above who live within our geographic boundaries. The lives of these seniors are enriched by volunteers who help them feel loved an cared for, enabling them to maintain their dignity and independence in their own home.
Grace supports Drive a Senior by driving seniors to appointments as well at helping them with light home maintenance and yard work.
